My Life in Lessons

My reflections, written for my daughter Cheekoo — and for anyone still learning from life.

When I retired in July 2022, I wanted to create something that would last — a gift for my daughter that would stay with her even when I’m no longer around.

Three years later, during my “all play–no work” phase of retirement, I finally sat down to bring that idea to life.

This collection of blogs brings together my learnings, life experiences, and a few musings along the way. Each one ends with a note for my daughter — a small bridge between what I’ve learned and what I wish for her.

At its heart, this is a story of becoming — of growing (and still trying to grow) into a better version of myself.

Cheekoo: These words are my way of staying with you, always. May you find joy in reading them, just as I found joy in writing them for you.
